MILAN — SAN BABILA
Virtual Office Milan
A real office in Milan San Babila, not just an address. Use our address as the registered office of your Italian company — from €45 per month + VAT.
A registered office in Milan, without renting an office
Italian law requires every company to have a registered office, but it does not require you to rent physical premises. Our address in Piazzetta Umberto Giordano 2 — a step from Piazza San Babila, in the heart of Milan — can be used as the registered office of your Italian company, for Chamber of Commerce registration and for all official correspondence.
This is not a mailbox in a warehouse. It is a working professional practice, staffed, with a reception and a meeting room you can actually walk into.

You never have to come to Milan to sign
The domiciliation agreement is signed remotely. We send the document by email, you receive a one-time code on your phone and sign with it. For a founder based in Berlin, London or Dubai, that is the whole procedure.
- Tell us about your company and what you need the address for.
- We send the agreement by email and you sign it with an OTP code.
- You receive the documents your notary and your accountant need for the Chamber of Commerce filing.
- The address is yours to use from that moment.
Where your registered office sits affects your credit rating
Italian banks assess a company’s registered office when they score it. The address is part of the picture a credit committee looks at, alongside the accounts, and a credible business address in central Milan works in your favour when your file is reviewed. This is not a marketing line: it is how lending decisions are made under EBA guidelines, and it is the reason this service sits inside a rating and credit advisory practice rather than a business centre.
Broker Associati has been advising companies on bank rating and access to credit for nineteen years. Clients who need it can add banking advice to the domiciliation. You can read who you are dealing with before you commit.
